I am beyond mad-I received a call from mobi at the beginning of June for a loan-I did the application, gave the lady my pay date She told me I will receive a pin and a client code. Did not after pay day I call-the consultants just take messages they seem not to know what is happening-nobody calls you back (after a long wait on the phone calling them). I sent numerous emails about payment and I need a new loan. Finally one of the people come back to me saying that I will not be paying the registration fee because of all the nonsense I have been put through, Last week around the 03 July I get told that 1000 is getting transfered into my account-I received a "courtesy" call on Saturday 6 July 2013 that there is a technical problem but moneys will be transfered ASAP.Nothing Monday, Tuesday (and I am still sending mails without joy). Yesterday 10 July I get a call from someone else stating that I am owing them- I must make a direct transfer then they will transfer. How can I be told money will be transfered without them checking if I owe. I was promised a call yesterday that 1st thing this morning I will get a call back and she is so sorry- I am still waiting for a call. Customer Service?
