No incoming call service

I have been trying to get MTN to resolve my issue of 'no incoming calls and message'. The whole thing started right after doing a sim swap and has now been going on and off for 8 days and I'm not getting an appropriate response from MTN. When I call them they all tell me that will reset incoming call service and I should switch my phone off and on after ten minutes but that doesn't work. I mostly use my phone for work purposes and to have no service will affect my work which will affect my income and that will result in me not being able to pay MTN month end. I'm getting irritated and I'm even considering moving back to Vodacom!!
