No Network Signal

Hi
I purchased a new cell c contract less than a month ago. The samsung S4 was bundled with the package.
As from the 4/05/2013 my signal keeps on dropping. As a result I don't receive any incoming calls. A week has pasted and still the same problem persists. What is the use of having a contract when no one can get through to you. The call center keeps on replying with the same message which is their technicians are working on it. I really think this is unacceptable. I'm been a vodacom subscriber for the past 4 years and never experienced anything like this. What is the use of having an S4 when i can't even receive any incoming calls.
