I have been trying to query funds on my incentives card and it has not happened in the pas week. I have been given 3 turn around times and non were true, to make matters worse, the lady above tells me there is no record of my previous calls. How does this happen at a call center? and I quote "no one has record of ever speaking to you"
Quick to shove me off, she did not have a solution for me. Is this the service that will be offered to all clients?
