No ICT Record even with proof from vodacom

FNB, What a pathetic excuse for a bank! Ive left numerous queries even went to the Preller Square branch. Ive applied for a personal loan about 3 times this week with a simple decline, because of a "no record on ICT" excuse. I went to Vodacom got a stamped letter which i showed the Preller Branch as proof that I actually do have a record on ICT and still declined due to no record. I've never had worse service with any other company/institute. As a gold cheque account holder i thought they would at least try to sort this out, but no way. Call centre just tells phone again tommorrow.
