Shocking service, where is the Customer Service?

What happened? Well, nothing happened. I received an automated response, I responded back and is ignored. I always thought that MTN was the best, well after so many years - being a loyal customer, this is what I get - no response. MTN your signal strength is shocking in this area. What the are we paying you for??? maybe vodacom is better or cell C or some unknown brand. It takes me hours do download from the internet with regards to my studies. You don't even care, do you? I am forever on edge, and so is your poor signal. You should be embarresed with your service.
