CLOSING COMPLAINT WITHOUT FIXING THE PROBLEM

I dont see why one should take time out of the day to do this... basically the service is just bad... and I have been phoning and logging a complaint about adsl line randomly off line during the day..for months now... and some how this problem is way to intricate to be solved... so then they just close the call or complaint as if it has been dealt with... THE HUMAN----has ample potential to send people into space... but to fix this little problem... eish no... its toooo BIG!!! BAD BAD BAD SERVICE... like to bill and to take the money... but cant provide a service..ja ne!!!
