I placed an order for an ADSL upgrade with call centre operator Flavio on Thursday 15 August 2013. When I had seen no response I called the call centre again on Friday 23 August 2013 to find out what the cause for the delay was. Eventhough I had been given a reference number when requesting the upgrade, I was now informed that no order had been placed on the system and that is why the upgrade had not taken place. This must be the only provider who does not want their clients to spend extra money on services it offers.
