I called the 8ta call centre earlier today, and got through to Liezaan. My sim was closed due to none payments. She advised me on how to go about to get my sim activated again. I then immediately made payments this morning and sent the proof to her. She promised that my sim will be active within 5 hours. 1 hour 30min after we spoke, Liezaan called me back advising that my sim is active again.
