Pathetic Service, No Delivery, Wrong product

What pathetic service from Vodacom4U at Vodaworld in Midrand!!! Opened a contract that included an accessory. No stock available, but promised it will be delivered within 3 days.

3 Weeks later still no delivery and I have to call and esquire, I was promised AGAIN it will be delivered the following day, AGAIN NOTHING!!!

2 Weeks later AGAIN I have to call, AGAIN promised delivery and excuses for not delivering. No common decency to pick up the phone and inform me there is a delay.

Today I received delivery and it is the wrong accessory!!! Now the consultant is arguing it is the right accessory.

The contract was taken because of the specific accessory!! Don't give you your BS!!!
