Altech autopage insurance unable to deliver

I made an insurance claim on the 27 March for a blackberry 9780, however the claim takes 4 to 6 weeks for a client to get a device if its not fixed and now 6 weeks has passed. this morning i went to the store at clearwater to check my device that i was promised to get today (blackberry 9790), only to find out that the device was not delivered then i asked one of the sales consultant to phone the insurance and on the call one of the consultant told me that i have to wait for another 9 to 14 working days. The service that i'm getting is not fair and shocking.

I am paying for a service that is not delivering...
