I have a contract with you for my HP Laptop. I got it on the 22/05/2012, but there is a problem with it and I took it to one of your shops for repairs during April 2013, which is still in time for the warranty. Firstly they said they will not repair it, then they said I must bring it in to the shop and will receive a answer within 6-8 weeks. Its been 4 months now and now you tell me that its a faulty motherboard and I need to pay for it. I WILL NOT, due to the fact that I can not be held responsible for a faulty motherboard. What makes me mad is the fact that I need to follow up with your office and that NOBODY can give me a straight forward answer. Maybe I should get my attorney to sort out this matter like the previous case I had against you... and which you lost because you made the mistakes. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!
