Cell C twice confirms account closed - Not!

I put up a report on 24 April that Cell C had continued debiting my account even after it had been closed in December 2012. Sandro responds to this report and advises account closed and credit awaiting on prepaid sim. I mistakenly change my sad face to a smiley because now I think that it's all over. Not. Today i see that Cell C is debiting my account again... For the 5th month after I've closed the account. Please tell me this is not what's happening to people out there who are not able to make themselves heard... Can someone please give me my money back? I want every cent they deducted from me since January, or I'm going to the papers.
