ON THE 2ND OF AUGUST I TOOK MY PHONE TO VODACOM, MY PHONE WASN'T CHARGING. THE LADY THAT ASSISTED ME TOOK DOWN MY DETAILS AND TOLD ME I WOULD RECEIVE AN SMS WITHIN 2 WEEKS, AS I NOTICED SHE TOOK DOWN MY DETAILS INCORRECTLY, I CALLED THE SHOP 2WEEKS FROM SENDING MY PHONE.THEY TOLD ME IT WAS ON ITS WAY.I CALLED 3 TIMES AFTER THAT AGAIN AND GOT TOLD THE SAME.I THEN WENT INTO THE SHOP AND ASKED WHAT WAS HAPPENING, I GOT TOLD THEN MY PHONE WAS SENT TO JHB AND WOULD TAKE ANOTHER TWO WEEKS! A WEEK AFTER THAT I CALLED AGAIN ASKING WHAT THE DELAY WAS, I GOT TOLD THEY WERE AWAITING AN APPROVAL FOR THE QUOTATION FROM ME TO GO AHEAD WITH FIXING IT.THAT WAS THE 1ST I HEARD ABOUT PAYING ANYTING BECAUSE I GOT TOLD MY PHONE WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND ON CONTRACT. I HAD TO CALL THE SHOP ON MY OWN EXPENCES, ALTHOUGH THEY TOOK DOWN MY CONTACT DETAILS, I NEVER ONCE RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM LETTING ME KNOW WHATS HAPPENING. I GOT TOLD THEY WERE GOING TO CALL ME BACK NUMEROUS TIMES AND IT DIDNT HAPPEN. I AM STILL WITHOUT MY PHONE, HAVENT HAD IT FOR A MONTH, YET I STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AT THE END OF THE MONTH. AND STILL PAY TO GET MY BROKEN PHONE FIXED!!
