Dissatisfied with the contract I purchased

We were sold this product beginning of August. We have phoned 8ta 3 times to ask them why our databundle 5GB and another 3GB has been used within 3 weeks where we only used 3GB by Vodacom. Nobody can answer this and tell my why. I would like to cancell this contract with them if they cannot answer my questions.
