I have been using Gamco as my ISP for over a year now and I have contacted them on several occasions about extremely poor download speeds and stability of connection. I am paying for a 4 mb uncapped line which is one of the fastest lines available to a home user. Every day during peak periods my speed drops to the point where i cannot open a facebook page and i experience massive lag spikes 24/7. I have checked on [URL Removed] along with [URL Removed] . My line speed sometimes matches what I'm paying for but on the pingtest I experience well over 1000ms latency, 200 jitter and sometimes up to 40 percent packet loss and this is regularly. After many times of complaining and seeking a solution (harassed telkom repeatedly and it isn't on there side) I am now tired of paying for a product that quite frankly does not perform or do what it says it does
