After being illegally put on default and over billed i wrote to hello peter, last week Friday Sidefree Valoyi called and told the matter has been resolved, I will have to pay Half of the amount since they acknowledge mistake on their side and that he will make sure that my default is removed from ITC since i was not even supposed to be there if it was not their negligence, I did pay and emailed him the proof on Monday but till to date i cant get vehicle finance cause of these default, This is the worse customer service i ever experienced in my life, My credit scoring has been badly affected by all this and even after paying i get no joy, I was not supposed to have even been on ITC had someone done their job properly, How do u hand someone over without even a notice and after i made effort to get my billing fixed to no success or any feedback, since February nobody from Cell c ever bothered to call me back until reporting to hello Peter few backs back, I worked very hard to avoid ITC so i can have the life i deserve and what cell c is doing is very wrong! we join the brand cause their products are good, but the employees are so unprofessional and don't just care!
