Thank you for your response. At this point I really don't need or will ever require your services. I did call in to cancel, I was told to send it in writing, which I did. Now this was within 5 working days so I trust no money will be deducted off of my account as I did not make use of your services. If there is any deduction, further steps will be taken as that would be.
