BIS NOT ACTIVATED AFTER DOING SO 24HRS AGO!!!

Why the does 1 activate BIS but still no service? It has been more than 24hrs and only my whatsapp service is available for use, I cant use my email, Facebook, BBM... etc.
I have seriously had it with MTN!!!
