In Dec 2012 a Cellc consultant contacted me and explained that due to their incomptence the debit order that needs to be deducted for a tablet contract that I purchase did not go throught because they used the wrong banking details and asked if I could please make a manual payment, which I did. On the 31th of January 2013 when trying to make a call from my cellphone which may I add is paid every month. I could not make a call as my outgoing calls was barred. After numerous phone calls to cellc call centre, I was eventually told I was in arrears and I never paid my account. After questioning the consultant to make sense of this. I was then told thatmy account shows that I have a cash account. I mean who in this day and age pays a cell phone contract on a cash basis. I was then told to email banking details and the line will be reconnect. I then decided to visit a branch in N1City Mall in the Western Cape and was told I need to 1st make a bank deposit and then come back they can't accept money. Now what I can't understand why was my cell phone also barred when my statements shows that I paid faithfully every month and no one wants to take responsibility but takes my money every month
