Cell C
Cell C is a complete and utter diaster!!

3 weeks ago I sent my iPhone 5 in for repairs as it wasn't working. They initially told me it would only take a week to get fixed. My first complaint is the fact that they had no replacement phone for me to borrow. The Cell C in Pietermaritzburg is a complete disgrace to Cell C, in all the hours upon hours that I have spent at Cell C trying to sort things out, I dont think I have every met someone who has been satisfied with the service there. There is often longs queues, not enough people working there, not enough chairs and a complete time wastage. So when they told me they didnt have a phone I could borrow, it didnt come as a shock at all!! Then after 2 weeks of not getting anywhere, I phoned again. Still nothing. The 3rd week came along and I had finally had enough. When I phoned them, they told me I must track where it is. Isnt that their job?! After much confusion they tell me it had arrived at the shop. I then take time out of lectures to fetch, only to discover after sitting there for an hour and a half that they sent someone elses phone under my name!! To which the sales man says, im sorry you will have to wait 2 more days! Complete disaster of a company!!
