1 MONTH SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER AND STILL NO PHONE

On 05/01/2014 I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus smartphone with the intent of giving it to someone as a gift - well that didnt happen! You delivered the phone 17 days later (22/01/2014) and you delivered the wrong colour (I specifically asked for a white phone). That very same day (22/01/2014) I spoke to Vusi in your sales department and he confirmed that there is indeed stock of the white handsets but only 50 units left so I told him that I need to send the black phone back ASAP so that I can get a white phone. I sent it back 2 days later (24/01/2014) and asked the customer care team to please make sure that the phone inspection gets done ASAP and that my problem be prioritzed as there are only 50 units left of the cellphone and if they take too long then all the white handsets will be sold out. Well you can guess what happened - on 30/01/2014 Funi from escalations department phoned me to say well sorry - all the white phones are now out of stock... and all this after I've already been debited for the contract. Now I have no phone, no sim card but I am still paying for the contract. This is daylight and such poor poor service!!
