MTN deregistered my number without informing me and on investigation as to why the Pre Paid Department refused to assist me. Staff members put the phone down on me whilst awaiting assistance (Precious) and on several efforts to get help to this matter I was refused to speak to the Manger Gugu Ncoyini by Dashni and Head office just passed me from one person to other. It is very disheartening that big business has no respect for their clients. I say clients as MTN Irene is a paying franchisee that could not get cooperation from its service provider to service its client. Secondly, it is very interesting that Dashni claims that my concern has been logged and management would come back to me. I wonder on which number, as I was not given a chance to give alternative contacting details. This tells me nothing will be done and they hope I will just go away...
