We sent a parcel via sapo to 2 clients and the post office staff member Michael refused to give the parcels to our clients. He asked our client to get us to call him to sort out the problem but then refused to answer the telephone in spite. Our client could hear the phone ringing while she was waiting and no one answered the phone.

This guy is really spiteful and really needs a attitude adjustment.
