Pathetic SErvice

After lodging my report last week I was informed that the monies will be allocated to my service and that the service will be reconnect. The following query references 3080703071, 308703071, 3081300767 has not even been dealt with and a week later the service is suspended. Some stupid at Cell C is not doing his or her work properly.
