Marie NOT a managers *SS!!!

Today, the 19th August i went to East Rand Mall for an upgrade. A sales representative by the name of Mark helped me, he was very friendly and all he could do was tell me about the phone and explain to me how to use it when this manager by the name of Marie comes in and says can we stop the chit chat and get on with it!! I mean here is theis poor guy just doing his job and she snapped at him and myself for no reason. If she is going through monopause she should rather stay home because she not only upset myself and Mark but made herself just look pathetic. Marie you should not be a manager of a store rather stay home and clean your toilets and learn customer relations this is not how clients should be treated!!!
