After having a contract with Vodacom for over 10 years and expanded to a total of 7 contracts with them I have come to the conclusion that they don't care about their customers. My account is generally bellow R3500.00 per month but a few months back I had excesive data usage on one of my lines which pushed my bill to over R8000.00 for that month. I was unable to meet my debit order commitment which I only managed to pay over the next three months. Vodacom has subsaquently deleated my lines and I must now reapply for them to be reinstated at a cost of R380.00 each, which I find crazy. The 1 line which I have had since vodacom's inseption (0824558229) is a number that i used for work purposes, I now have no choice but to go to an alternative service provider and have my work stationary, bussines cards telephone directory etc... changed. I am shocked at Vodacom's complete lack of understanding and sheer poor service in this case, which leaves a bitter taste for your company in my mind. Their call center response is there is nothing they can do as it is what their system dose automaticaly.
