I applied for a contract line on 10 April, up to today 10 May, I am still awaiting delivery. Spoke to a call centre agent who promised delivery on 10 May. Just called and was informed that delivery would now happen on 13 May. Is this how Cell C does business on so-called African time? Plus Agents are not allowed to give out numbers of anyone senior enough to make a difference.
