Still no decent ADSL in Ramsgate KZN!!!

Hello Peter!

We logged a complaint regarding poor ADSL in Ramsgate via your website on 1 August 2013. ( HelloPeter Query: ARS:231609 Mr Wessel Pretorius DN:0393149939) We received a notification that Telkom is busy with it but today 17 days later nothing has been done about it yet. We have a download speed of 0.05Mbps of a supposed 4Mbps ADSL line! We have over 59 people on our action list suffering the same fate in Ramsgate and yet not even a sorry or any feedback from Telkom as to what they are doing about it! Talk about common decency! If only they can inform us as to how long still we have to wait than at least we can make alternative arrangements... We have suffered thousands of Rand's in losses as a result of this! Half my staff has to work from home now and we have to foot the bill for their ADSL usage at home, deadlines for projects (Webdesign) can not be achieved and some websites and e-mail either freezes or corrupted as a result. Please get Telkom to give us feedback!
