HOW DO I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT

I've had Neotel for a while, but since I upgrade my Mac OS it no longer works - they have done NOTHING to help me, despite numerous calls and emails and now I'm trying to cancel my account and all they can do is tell me to mail them... my mails are not responded to... how the are they still in business?
