I am currently sitting at the Vodacom customer care in canal walk. There are only three customers, but as we all want to collect repaired phones we have to wait despite there being 6 consultants that are not attending to customers. Apparently only the one consultant are able to process the collection of phones. When asking them if any of the six consultants doing nothing can assist us Gadija gave me a very snotty answer that it is not their department. It has now been 19 minutes and we are yet to be assisted, this despite us being here at 09:00 on a Saturday morning.
