ADSL not working

My ADSL line has now been non operational for more than a month. After reports from my ISP to Telkom and my self reporting the problem (132ATK190713), the only response that I got from them, is "Wait until it has been repaired." We still need to pay for this service, but we aren't receiving any service from TELKOM.

Sad to see this service from a company that should be setting the trends!
