Pathetic service

On 09/8/2013 I received an email from Mweb threatening to throttle me due to high consumption. This is false and I have provided them with data proving that my usage is in fact going down, not up. They further allege of traffic taking place at 0100 in the morning when all are still sleeping. I have sent numerous mails to them requesting investigation and FEEDBACK but this appears to fall on totally deaf ears.
