False advertising UNCAPPED and UNTHROTTLED account

Today I received an email threatening to decrease (throttle) my uncapped and unthrottled account since I am supposedly abusing the AUP. I am not doing anything that you do not advertise in the media that your account can be used for. So you are either employing false advertising techniques or you are not living up to your end of the contract. If I am on a 1meg line yet you claim that I fall into 3% of your network usage it speaks to the quality of your network, If you cannot cope with the usage from such a low speed I don't see how you keep up with the usage on a 4 or 10 meg line. I can tell you now, if you slow my already pathetic 1 meg line speed (Which I have complained about on numerous occasions without you fixing the problem), you can cancel my account and I will go to AFRIHOST who show off their top users rather than threatening them. You crossed the line when you sent a threatening email, I was loyal since 1999 yet now you are consistently letting me down, PATHETIC!!!
