Cell c stinks!

They r so incompetent! I receive a disability grant and had chamged my debit date from da 1st to da 15th n although they say all calls are recorded, couldn't n can't find da conversation in which I cancelled da date. I mean. My grant is R1260 n R70 is a lot of money! So now they charged me R70! N on da othee acct, an additional R33! They r flippant! Never again cell c. Sies!
