Breach of Contract

Edgars is refusing to assist my mother who receives a disability grant, which was cancelled. She does have cover but Edgars is refusing to assist her. They are requesting doctors documentation which is impossible to get because she goes to a government hospital. They are aware that she does not receive an income but is calling her and sending her demands to pay. I think it is utterly pathetic and want to warn all people that receives a disability grant.
