Application

I am an existing student at Unisa but their procedure is we have to apply again before we register i did exactly that in July i never received any respond from any one and i applied again in August still never got any respond to say my application was received latter on i called them only to tell me that my application was never received because of an outstanding amount of R200 but on my UNISA Account i have R2480 i was suppose to start my course in July this year so they told me i will have to wait until next year but, i went to their web side to see the next application dates for January next year. I applied again but still got no respond and when i called to check my application progress a guy told me that i was misinformed that i have to go to the branch to register for an exemption.

I am angry because they have delayed me this is not acceptable I just want to study and be something is that to much to ask I just hope next year January I will be Commencing my Studies without any Frustrations and Stress.
