Autopage not acting as they promised

I was reluctant to sign another 2 years with Autopage earlier this year due to the fact they gave better deals to new customers. Head office contacted me, and agreed with me... and offered me the same deal on a blackberry as new customers. They then said that my account would be credited the difference (amounting to over R1000). Fine, except to this date that has not happened! Please follow this up and rectify it! On another note, your Tokai branch verbally acknowledged that they believe headoffice are "useless"! I guess they should know having to deal with them all the time! I am now seriously considering a new service provider as every time I deal with you, there are just hassles!!
