I had a contract with Cell C for with a Blackberry Service. From the start we had a very bad reception and on many occasions could not use the phone or be reached. I went to Cell C in Hemmingways Mall, East London to complain about the poor signal. I was given the choice to cancel my contract. The lady who assisted me said that someone from their technical department would come out to my house to check on the bad signal and if it is found to be so they will cancel my contract without me being penalised or held responsible for the outstanding amount of the contract. She gave me a copy of the e-mail sent to the technical department with a no for me to phone should i not get response. I have tried to phone this help line but gets to a recording saying that I have reached them out of business hours. This is strange because i phoned them on Monday at 14:25. I will like to settle this now so that I can get a service from another service provider to take over my contract.
