Excellent service even though it was my mistake

I contacted the South African contact for club nintendo because I had nearly missed a promotion and needed assistance. Even though I was getting all my questions and threads mixed up Michelle calmly figured out what I needed from my ramblings and sorted out all my issues within the time span she promised and more.
