Previous Complaint NOT sorted

I have now compaint several times regarding this matter. The last complaint is still not sorted! I have compliant about my BBM service etc on 17 July already & NOBODY has contacted me. PLEASE CONTACT ME SO THAT THIS CAN BE SORTED!!! My BIS is still not working properly, phones keep on losing information & signal even if the signal bar shows full.
