Poor network service

I have filled in a complaint on your website about the coverage at my Home in Halfway gardens Midrand. I have not received any feedback, not even a reference number when I filled in the complaint.
I have full signal on my phone yet 1 out of 10 calls I make connect. The data service is almost non existent, I get HSDPA signal on my phone but it does nothing. There are times when sms's don't even go through.
This is also the case at my workplace in sunninghill. Out of these areas it works perfectly.
If this is not sorted out soon, you will be losing a customer. It is very frustrating to have to try numerous times before a call connects not to mention the dropped calls.
