Vodacom
Im billed for a phone i do not have for 7

I recieved a phone and did not like it so i send it back for a better phone in february 2013 and when i called vodacom they told i still have the phone with me when i sent it back with the currier company RAM wich was recieved by siya bululela zulo on the 27th february 2013 i have been billed for 7 month for a phone i do not have wich was the samsung galaxy 2 pocket that i sent back i was using a nokia E52
the contract of the nokia E52 ended last year and they are giving me very bad service i cant get any joy from anybody this is unecceptable as this is my money that is beeing debited from me
