Wow!
Surprise, surprise that I am writing yet another unsatisfied review about MTN. Seriously, after being on this contract for almost 24 months, nothing can shock me anymore about MTN.

I wrote my first review on Hellopeter about a month ago and granted, MTN gave me a standard response and credited my account. I received no explanation. No apology. The fact that there was a credit clearly means they found something wrong in their "investigations".

Now, a month later - I experience the same problem. So I wonder... what was the purpose of the credit if you were just going to overcharge me again this month?

I get 150MB with my contract and I bought another 300MB on MTN Active. Before the month was over I had no data left. I checked my internet usage and realised that, at the time, I had only used approximately 160MB. Now I am no mathematician, but how is it possible that I had 450MB in total, only used 160MB and ended up with nothing?

Magic! My only conclusion is that it must've magically disappeared.

I am so tired of MTN's amazing billing abilities and cannot stress enough how absolutely ecstatic I am that my contract with them is coming to an end.
