For the last 4 months ive been trying to cancel a line and adsl.
They just keep charging me.
Call center useless.
First time they had no record of my cancel req
Second time got a ref that did not nothing
Third time spoke with Tim Kock got a new ref no. (81986803a) and a promise to resolve.
Fourth time keep getting a bill!!!
