Where is my airtime going?

Every time I buy cellC airtime it literally disappears.
I have called their call centre numerous times and always get different stories as to why my credots disappear. What I hate the most is it always disappears without me even making a single call!

I have every right to know what I am being charged for, which I never receive a solid explanation for! I buy airtime on a daily basis and do not use it as much as I am buying! This is ridiculous day-light from this faceless corporate!
