Airtime loss/ reconnection of sim cards

I have a major problem with 8ta service. I keep contacting the call centre and eventually gave up as they of no help at all.
I do not remember all the consultants' names.
I have cell phone and laptop contract with 8ta, I am suppose to receive r50 airtime monthly for a while now I do not receive that airtime and don't feel the sense of paying it at all.
I have called the call centre regarding the above they advised me that I registered for something which I do not believe because I only used that sim card to make calls from.
As a network provider they suppose to advise me as to how I can resolve the issue they could even give me information as to what I have registered for to date I do not receive my airtime which I want to be reimbursed for each month it disappears
I missed a debit in May and allowed them to double debit me end of June and still my sim cards are not connected.
I decided to put this on hello peter as I am tired of contacting them because it's just a waste of time.
