Here is an edited copy of my e-mail to AutopageVVM...

After ANOTHER telephone call from an incompetent, rude, conceited person called Ms Dlamini, I am now AGAIN sending all the correspondence that has gone on since June 2011.Refer specifically my mail dated 8 august 2012 - page 1C - as reference.
This 3g card never worked, explained many times to whoever has called to coerce payment from me. Again, I challenge autopage to prove how much data was ever used on the contract- THE THING NEVER WORKED!!! HOW MANY MORE TIMES MUST I EXPLAIN THIS???

I also ask that you do not simply treat me as another client who does not pay - again, I challenge autopage to check my other account - 082 (edited), which I have had for probably close on 8 years now... I HAVE NEVER DEFAULTED ON A SINGLE PAYMENT. I am happy to pay for services rendered, but I will not pay for something I did not receive.

I will not be paying for this as it should have been resolved and reversed years ago - because of absolute incompetence this still carries on - it is the absolute worst case of bad service I have ever had in my life - it is absolutely pathetic what has gone on her for so long!! A disgra
