Paying Insurance for nothing

Insurance companies are big fat rip-offs! MTN Insurance refuses to insure my upgraded cellphone because it's over 3 months old. This means all these months since I've upgraded my cellphone, I've been paying MTN for a service that I will never be able to use and I don't even get a refund. And Herbet who I spoke to conveniently ignored me when I raised this query. Hopefully I won't be ignored this time around.
