Unauthorized debiting of my account

I signed up for a new cellphone contract with Exact Mobile - Watch out because they and said they were vodacom - anyways, I see now on my account that there is a debit order for insurance on the phone. I clearly told them I wanted insurance ONLY FOR THE FIRST MONTH as that was the option. I am not going to pay the insurance on this cellphone and am putting an immediate stop order on it. Phone sure has to cancel this insurance immediately please. I also want a refund for all the months that I have been paying this unawares.
